DeliveryFleet is a powerful Delivery Management Solution which fully automates your daily delivery function, customer service, reporting and billing operations to improve response levels, streamline administration and present indisputable documentation to customers for ontime payment.

DeliveryFleet links delivery and order information to a driver-based handheld device that communicates using GPRS mobile data or via batch mode. The handheld device comes with a scanner, camera, GPS unit and phone. It records exactly what was delivered to the customer in comparison to what was ordeed. An optional bluetooth printer is also available to provide the customer with a printed receipt on exactly what was delivered.

Handheld Based Driver Controls

THe handheld device is designed to provide complete control of the driver during their daily operation:

  • Driver logon/logoff accurately records which driver operated which vehicle on which deliveries.
  • Vehicle inspection and damage inspection keeps a complete audit on the health of the delivery vehicles.
  • The route engine tells the driver the exact customer location and delivery time window.
  • Optional Satellite Navigation ensures the most effective route to take between deliveries, to minimise wasted kilometres, petrol and time.
  • Arrival and completion time is automatically recorded at each delivery for audit purposes.
  • The barcode scanner allows the driver to scan what has been loaded onto the vehicle at the start of the day, what has been delivered at each customer and what is on the vehicle when it returns to the warehouse. Exception codes for any failures are recorded which can be analysed in the reporting engine.
  • This ensures that each delivery is accurately recorded and the correct quantity billed.
  • An electronic signature is recorded by the handheld device which can be included on the printed receipt given to the customer along with the ePOD supplied to the customer.
  • Once the deliveries are complete, all information can be sent back to the DeliveryFleet engine, either via GPRS or at the end of the day via the batch facility.
  • Driver logoff enforces the end-of-day routine which reports what items are still on the vehicle, and records the driver as having ended either the route or his working day.

Reporting

There are a number of reports available within the built-in Reporting Engine. The reports give you a complete analytical view of the operation of the system, which will allow the Delivery Manager to analyse different aspects of the delivery levels.

  • Electronic Proof of Delivery Report
    This report allows select users to view a list of electronic proof of deliveries based on the user's search criteria. The user can also drill down and view the complete ePOD from this report.
  • Delivery Time Window Analysis
    This report allows select users to view delivery window statistics to see how long it is taking drivers to deliver stock from the time they arrive at the customer to the time they leave the customer.
  • Audit Log Report
    This report allows select user to search the audit log for any functions performed within thye system and by whom.
  • Undelivered Deliveries
    This report allows select users to view deliveries which could not be delivered along with the reason as to why the delivery was not delivered.
  • Incomplete Deliveries
    This report allows select users to view deliveries which could not be completed or were partially delivered along with the reason as to why the items were not delivered.
  • Inspection Report
    THis report allows select users to view vehicle inspections performed on the fleet of vehicles along with the inspections performed on the vehicle.
  • Damages Report
    This report allows select users to view vehicle damage which has occurred on the fleet of vehicles.
